Schedule and Rates
Schedule is as follows:
Group Classes: 5am , 6am, 9am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Group Class 8:30am
Group class 9am (CrossFit) & 10am (bike boot camp)
Intro classes at CrossFit Battleground: 6 classes over the span of 2 weeks for all of those new to CrossFit, or for those who may need to review. These classes will cover the foundations, of our core strength and conditioning program. We will cover the core functional movements, press, squat, deadlift, etc. We will then slowly introduce the high intensity of our CrossFit workouts over the span of these 6 classes. The price for the intro class is $150. The $150 includes the 6 intro classes spanning 2 weeks as well as the remaining 2 weeks of the month you join. After the first month, you have the option of choosing a full time or part time membership. Safety is our #1 priority here so we will never throw you into regular classes if you are not ready or if we feel like you need additional review. We are building athletes here and we need a solid foundation. Intro classes are where we start. Let's get after it.
One on One introductions to our program are available for $200 if you feel as though you may need some extra attention. I recommend doing the free introduction class first and see where you fit in. The One on One classes will consist of 5, 1 hour long sessions to be done at times most suitable to meet client's schedule. Outside of group classes the trainers will work with you to setup appropriate times.
